Constitution

Everyone says that you can't teach an old dogs new tricks, but yet everyone seems to teach new dogs old tricks. Just like when a contraversial issue arises in the country, we consult the constitution to make a decision. A two hundred year old peace of wisdom and we're listening to it. If it had said kill all people, we would probably do that too.

Why?

The Genie

So when I rub the lamp of the genie, and the genie comes out of the genie lamp, and offers me three genie wishes, I'm going to ask the genie, if he can summon another genie, and another, and another. That will be three wishes from that genie, he will fade to dust. Then the other three genies will grant me nine wishes. I will ask for 30$ per wish, so therefore I will have 270$ and I'll be rich. I guess it would be easier to ask for 270$ per wish, but when your a turtle all you can do is DUCK AND COVER.

is it worth it?

So my whole purpose in getting a job is to have the money to build a new computer. I am now two weeks away from doing so, but is it worth it? I have to work 16 hours this weekend on top of it all, and I'm starting to wonder when I get a computer if I'm going to have the time to use it while I'm working.

Stressing Out

With such a tight schedule lately and not being able to stay for club meetings of SGC in which I am president, not being able to hang out with friends, and not being able to do anything to relieve stress. On top of all that, my school grades are faultering and I'm cramming to get them up, my parents are hounding me about how i spend the little free time I have, and it seems like my whole purpose in life is to work work work.

Catching Up

My schedule has been so tight lately that I literally haven't hung out with friends in months. Ive been so busy that I haven't done every bit of my chemistry homework and Ive been too tired to do it. Now, its all due and I crammed all night and early morning to get it done. School is supposed to be a place to learn and enjoy, not to hate and lose lots of sleep over.

Religion is an Idea

A theory. That's what I wish people would admit. We all talk about it, about how we "believe" this is how it is. Yet new religions appear everyday, from a simple idea. The bible was written by man's idea millions of years ago, yet we all worship it.

I could write an idea of my own in a book, and it could get the same following.

A country of religion

Atheists can't be in the boy scouts.

Atheists can't run for governmental positions in several states.

The words "One nation under God" were not in the original design of the pledge

With all the religions in the world, no matter what anyone says to others or believes themselves, someone has to be wrong, not everyone can be right.
